There are a number of ways it can be done.
From the members profile click the User icon, then Create Conversation.
From a post, hover over the members username. A new window will popup. Click the Create Conversation icon.
Conversations icon at the top right on the forum. Click + icon to Create new conversation.
Start typing the members name in participants and suggestions will appear.
You can have multiple participants in one conversation.
