vu duo blank screen on all channels except fta

    Hi can anybody help, got blank screen on all sats for all pay channels, has been working fine till turned box on today, no picture or sound just epg + signal bar which is fine. fta working fine , signal strengh fine, does not come up scrambled. dont know to much about box just general stuff like setting up sats, any help would be great. thans peter

    restart cam prehaps especially if using mgcamd

    Internet may be a problem.
    Menu-system-setup-network-adaptor settings (to make sure your box has an ip, your connected to internet)
    Run network test.
    Also, server may be down.
    To check it, go into cccam.info (if using cccam emu) and click on server to see if it's online. (blue button may get you there)

    sorry for delay had to work weekend. checked box has black hole image 2.1.0.1 & running cccam 2.0.11 went to cam menu & blue button could not find anything with server on it, so things i did see were nfs server running inadyn manager stopped cccam said active, any thoughts please

    First thing you should do is check CCcam is running and the server you use is online by logging into CCcamInfo in a browser window like this http://192.168.1.92:16001 (change 192.168.1.92 to the ip address of the duo)


    If you don`t get a login window CCcam is not running, so check it`s enabled in softcam manager via blue button..

    Before trying to install another version of CCcam, backup the CCcam.cfg that`s found in /etc folder..
