You need a low power lnb for the zgemma, the normal ones do not work

working fine here with inverto black ultra and sat tracer 3

Got my H2H yesterday and I'm in the same boat, it wont move the dish or even get a signal when the dish is pointed at a sat.
My dish and LNB have been on the roof for over 12 years and in that time I've had nearly every receiver you can think off, even a DM500s would move the dish.
I'll have to contact the seller and send it back, shame really its a quick receiver.

Get an edision os mini instead I also had this problem
jensen advised me at the time to get a technomate tm1 lnb and it worked, i pulled my hair out for two weeks over this lol
Octagon oslo PLL lnb also works
the edision absolutely wipes the floor with the zgemma

Use an image that has the setting to give more voltage to LNB.
Zgemma's great boxes!

I think if work if it support vbox command
the lnb my advice to replace every 3 year
will be better noise c/n

I have tested this on most of the zgemma models with the same results, the zgemma can't be the only box with this requirement otherwise low power lnb's would not have been made....??? Either way, try as you may with higher amp power packs and different motor / cable configurations in the end you will fit a low power lnb if you are using a zgemma.

I think you will probably find it is only the Zgemma that have this problem i have installed Technomate,Edision,VU+,Gigablue etc.. the same models that run the exact same BCM7362 chipset as the Zgemma and the other models do not have a single problem with any other combination of motor/LNB setups.
Zgemma are a fantastic box for the price on a fixed dish or diseqc system but are a complete No-No for any Motorised user unless you get Lucky
