CustomSubServices plugin

Hello,

I don't know if this plugin is still maintained but I use it and I have some congiguration problems.

In fact I want to have mixed subservices (Terrestrial, Satellite, Iptv). When I am on a normal service (Terrestrial or Satellite) with some subservices configured I have no problem to switch to another subservice (iptv too). From a normal to iptv it works, from iptv to normal and all others combinaisons it works. But If I started with an iptv subservice, the green button has no effect, but for the same service started with the normal associated service it works.

To resume I have to start with a satellite or terrestrial service, in other case the plugin does not work.

Other thing, I will be cool to simplify the configuration for the iptv subservices (like epg customchannels), instead of the full iptv adress, just configure the service followed by the http://example.com adress.
