Easy to set up, loads of youtube vids showing you how to do it, and yes you need to sign in to an amazon account.

I have mine added but I use Amazon all the time, from memory you have to add a billing address and card details to validate your account but I could we be corrected.

I used an online site to generate a fake name and credit card details which were accepted, obviously you can't buy anything with it but it allowed an account to be created and registered.
