thanks for upload ing

I tried the editor with a KIII Pro, but unfortunately I do get the following error.
-
Install super su from market and create a directory databases in /data/data/th.dtv/ and put inside the file dtv.db from here https://mega.nz/#!9kIkRIoQ!Vcw…rhauhWvI98ao-h1rEJbH2sVQY
Should be like: /data/data/th.dtv/databases/dtv.dbthis its the method used in KII pro.

Thanks for the suggestion.
It seems that on the KIII Pro the DTV files have different names. I see files with the names: dtv_mw_s1, dtv_mw_st1, dtv_mw_st2, dtv_mw_t1, dtv_mw_d1 and dtv_preferences.xml. So I wonder if the solution you mention will work on the KIII Pro...

all I did was install supersu on google play store allowed access then put my boxes IP address in channel editor hit file at the top then download and all my channel data was downloaded to my laptop, rename favourites 1,2,3 ect to movies docs sport ect then tick the appropriate boxes then file - upload and all done

Ive tried it on ki pro and kii pro but not on kiii pro but should work the same just allow supersu full access
-
make sure you download supersu and install it first from google play store allow full access then open up channel editor ,connect your laptop/computer wirelessly to your kiii pro, hit download on channel editor to download channels to channel editor on laptop and tick corresponding favourite boxes to organise then hit upload and all done.. personally id get the kiii sold asap with all channels going off lol

Vinsta Tried all your suggestion(s), but unfortunatly this is not working with or for the KIII Pro. Even with the latest editor (v 0.6.5.8). I can connect to the box but the moment I hit download I (still) get the following error
Seems that the file structure and location of the files is different on the KIII Pro ... I think we have to be patient till there will be a suitable KIII Pro editor.

unfortunately I don't have a kiii here to try sorry pal...but with sly blocking everything now ill be getting rid of my kii pro dvb-s2 now too and get a good box to run Kodi and iptv

The Kiii has his own channel editor build in.
1-menu
2-channel manager
3-channel list Edit
4-blue botton: you can edit your favorite ,or skip a channel or lock a channel.
5-blue botton: you can rename or delete a channel or sort channels A to Z etc...

Yes but that's isn't a channel editor .... is only a managing of a channels inside a Gui of a DTV app.
It's really different ...
