Hi, my zero4k is stuck on boot,how do i restart th box,nothing on the remote works? thanks

keep update agane , till end , you will see hard flashing on front panel thats meen the box has been full update

thanks esmeralda1 how long should it take to update? the zero is hard wired to the router and seems to be comunicating can it take hours? and thanks again i thought i had really bricked it

esmeralda1 thanks for that but it is not working i just cannot flash any image, is there any way to reboot the box using dreambox control center or similar? tried different images on different usb just no joy.

here is video how to update zero 4k format the usb to fat 32 extract the files to usb . insert the usb to the box , power on off the box , and live the box too be update till hard flash light come up , remuve the usb from box , power on off the box , all update done

esmeralda1 i removed some files that i had wrongly tried to load reflashed successfully reloaded files in correct manner and the box is now working fine so thanks for your help once more.
