i bought Truman top Box with Spark os working

I have too may Problem which i need to share with U guys to help me if possible
i have tried to work the subtitle using the online subtitle feature it keeps trying to download for 4- 6 min then failed is their a way to check if the plugin is working or how do it works
also the spark online is not working
need to know how to get useful plugins
