Hi after spending so much time i finally make it work so think would make topic so other can take benefit whos struggling to seting up .
i attach image which working great openpli 6.0openpli-6.0-dm800sev2-20170702-sim2-ssl88a.nfibut if you have differnt sim then ignore the image and follow the rest ;)
2. tuner driver any from forum which work for you
3. cable xml vm working xml.rar DELETE all xml file or just replace them
most important settings

download any openpli which work for you or i attached for ssl88a which hard to find working ;)
settings and scan
first replace you cable and sat xml to which i uploaded
this satellite tuner settings
Go back into tuner configuration
Configuration mode Advanced
Satellite vm cable
LNB LNB2 or 1
Priority Auto
LOF User defined
LOF/L 00000
LOF/H 00000
Threshold 00000
Leave the rest as is and hit save

Multi Sat and cable (you will need to add your edited multi satellites.xml)
Go into Tuner configuration
Configuration mode Advanced
Satellite selecting satellites (tick as required)

Set your long/ lat
Save
Set your cable as above

Tuner type DVB-C
Confg mode enabled
Network ID 00000
Used service scan type Provider
Provider to scan V***** M**** UK ( to all systems or whatever you area )
The most important scan manually satellite complete scan you will get all working SD and HD vm channels then Bingo
( wasted lots of time to cable scan from c but only able to find few channels didnt work all when i scan c tuner because i was doing what i have been told to work on this box so if you wanna try upto you to waste time by scanning c tuner)
you can change settings after to scan satellite channels afterwords everything find
try free plugins here cccam or get any 24hrs test line cos vm channels wont show on free
