DM800 clone with OpenPli, CCcam, not working

Hi, quick couple of question if someone can help.

I decided to to load an OpenPli image onto my ageing DM800 clone for the first time (got use to newnigma for years) since it's been regularly updated.

Got a hold of openpli-6.1-homebuild-dm800-ssl84d and flashed it.

I went to dowload cccam softcam (via bluebutton) but there was no softcam option, only four categories available (extensions, skins,etc no softcams).

So I downloaded it manually, placed the three files in the corresponding directories and added my c-line.

Went to bluebutton, set the softcam to cccam, reset, and rebooted the whole thing for good measure.

No joy, cccam not working.

Am I missing something :/?

Yes you are right.
I didn’t read all the posts in that thread.
I just assumed basic cccam emulation would just work.

Can anyone recommend an Openpli image with cccam that’s stable?
