I have an Xbox One X console and I have a KODI application that is fully updated. When playing Full HD videos * .mkv, the movie runs smoothly.
The problem is when I release a 4K movie * .mkv. The 4K movie tears, does not go smoothly, there is no sound. There is no indication that he was going at least for a second or that he would try to load. I've tried all the Kodi settings, perhaps all the combinations, reinstalling the application ... without success. In the Xbox, everything is set up correctly. The Xbox in video settings is full of compatibility including both HDR and 10-bit image ...
But when I run the Kodi application on the Sony KD-65XF9005 android TV, everything goes as it should. The 4K movie runs smoothly, no chopping. I did not have to set anything. Everthing i ok
