DM800 SE HD clone sim 2 BIOS NO CA FOUND

I have DM800HDSE clone sim 210 each time the power is off , it goes to BIOS NO CA FOUND

I know how to resolve NO CA FOUND

I 'm asking is it normal to goes to this case each time the stb disconnected from power ?!

I tried different roms here for DM800HDSE clone sim 2 it's all boot 84d

please help

I’d check to see if SIM card is seated ok into its holder onto the motherboard
