  • Tested in PurE2 (Zgemma H7S), writing from memory... :)

    0) install PurE2

    1) MENU > Plugins > green button > Extra > install it and EXIT...

    2) MENU > Plugins > green button > CamDs (first section) > OSCam Emu latest

    3) then, from the same place, "OSCam Emu Config Mario" and edit the 3 main files with your specific details

    4) MENU > Plugins > CamDs > Softcam.key downloader > Exit...

Go to Plugins > Keys files are downloaded via SoftCam.Key downloader -> they go to /etc/tuxbox/config folder.

Note: sometimes they change keys often, so it may not always be up-to-date, sadly... we all have lives, ergo we do it whenever we can... Usually one can find fresh keys online... ;)

Once you choose a PV channel you may need to wait a little, sometimes up to 5 mins to start working - after that it's cool...

Both AFN at 9E and the 4.8E work without having to go to a FTA channel in between changes and so on...

    Praise be to Mario! ;)

Edit the XXXXXX, if you are using the files I attached to this post, which are edited by me, after some testing...:laugh1::rasta2bigsmoke0gf1:

P.S. Zgemma H9x/H9.2x line works with AFN at my end but not on 4.8E - at least the channels that I have signal for... :rasta2bigsmoke0gf1:

  • FYI

Latest OSCam Emu from PurE2 feed work in AU mode on 9E AFN, I am told... :)

  • New PurE2 update (via SW update) brings updated oscam-emu and latest OSCam Emu: another hash mode is now supported!

  • Well, it seems the latest EMU in PurE2 is also AU on 4.8E - one gets a key in about 2 mins on Discovery Science, apparently... ;)

  • Just checked on my Zgemma H9.2H and both 9'E and 4.8'E PV are now AU, it's been sorted for H9.2x/H9x series...

Anyone to check on 0.8'W? What signal I have is only FTA but no Emu covered channel to work in PV...

  • A note: I now use the "cache" version of OSCam Emu, for better CS response times etc.

Using the same settings, mind... but your server must change as well, of course... :)

The PurE2 keys plugin is catering for it, naturally... ;)

  • Thanks in advance for the info now have pure26.2 loaded wifi operational 32 sd card mounted or it states its there not sure on the save in fstab option.Have followed the above steps but for the life of me I cant find how to edit mario config 3 files.Any pointers would be appreciated.

  • Files are in the top post. You must edit the 3 important files on your PC (or via Dream Explorer in your box using remote controller - but that is more difficult). When you are done adding your server (C line[s]) etc. save them and send to your box, of course.

PurE2 currently is 6.3 (fully working and properly supported) and the new version 6.5 is kinda published, too. Might be out officially soon...

After you mount your devices you must reboot. Go for "just reboot/restart" option, not for "mount from fstab". Detailed tutorial is here: How to structure/setup PurE2: mounting devices/partitions in PurE2's Device Manager and what to send where!
