oscam-svn11465-arm_v7-webif-oscam-emu-patched. Extracting with errors

Evening blokes.
Downloaded this version for a Zgemma H7 on openatv 6.2
Used 7Zip to extract to folder. Another file with same name and extension in folder.
Extracted that to get the binary. Received 7Zip warnings can not open the file as [tar]archive, The file is open as [gzip] archive.
Took binary with perms 777 and placed in correct directory. Would not work.
Could I please get some assistance?

just downloaded ver. 11464.
extracted with 7zip. 2 files. one with larger size worked but only reader available was card reader. no emulator or afn.
one with size 1,333 kb works. webif opens.
i think perhaps ver 11465 is in a bit of a quandry.
