what is port 16000 used for ?
which router make and model) do you have ?
Setup a new rule for each device/protocol you have. So if you wan`t to access the web interface open port range from 8888 to 8888. If you want to access oscam web interface, create a new rule, assign the box ip address, then the range 16000 to 16000.

PTCL Modem open network sating after read IP go to port forwarding DMZ add your modem IP example 192.168.1.10
-
DMZ
This is dangerous, as its disabling the firewall and opening every port up to anyone that fancies a look.
-
Dmz host and virtual server I add box IP like :192.168.10.----
Is it right or DMZ demand different ip
-
DMZ
Don`t allow DMZ at any circumstances.

I agree with MasterG... DMZ opens your device up to allsorts of possible attacks, also when you are setting up your port i would recommend you use TCP only instead of tcp/udp combined... this will eliminate any type of UDP flooding attacks.
What model is your router?, some routers are a nightmare and require firewall rule settings and device creation etc, you can also set your port in the router settings with the mac address of the device but you should be setting it with the static ip of your device, routers do vary in setup so mac address setups are not always available.
