  • Hello, after deleting some channels and creating my favorites, when clicking UPLOAD I get this error:

Telnet Reload Error: Timeout was reached [cmd_tnreload] (Telnet)

  • Hello, after deleting some channels and creating my favorites, when clicking UPLOAD I get this error:

Telnet Reload Error: Timeout was reached [cmd_tnreload] (Telnet)

    Sorry, holiday delay :desert island:

It is a notice, the most important thing is that the decoder is reloaded with the updated lists.

If the lists are reloaded correctly you can ignore the error message or exclude Telnet by entering the minus character "-" in Settings, connection profile, on Connections panel "Custom telnet reload command" and save.

The lists are reloaded at the end of upload with Webif and Telnet, parameters may vary from decoder to decoder.

If you have further details write me a private message

Note: There is a regression in version 1.7, stream URL will not be parsed. To be fixed in the next release...

  • Define uses a different file structure than Enigma, you need to report it as a bug on github

I confirm you this issue exists in the last 3 versions.

This Define os could be the same codebase used in my decoder, used for testing (Edision Primo). I didn't know it was called Define  :smiling face with sunglasses:

If it saves files like userbouquet.X.tv.simple and a live_prog in the root, is it. If you send me a list/directory I'll be able to know for sure.

The problem is a dirty :0:0:0:0 added at the end of each favorite.

I see this after the release of version 1.7 when uploading to my decoder. In recent releases I used simulated FTP, Telnet, etc. to test and I couldn't see it.

To introduce Stream URL without altering, slowing down the userbouquet parser, I tried reading URL and Name from right to left. And it fails with :0:0:0:0

This problem will be solved with the next coming version 1.8

  • skier Just in time! I was wrong again :head banger:

This list is identical on my decoder.

"0" is a valid value for inline Name, you can name a favorite "0".

    #SERVICE 1:64:1:0:0:0:0:0:0:0::Name:0:0

If I'm not mistaken it should be valid, without a #DESCRIPTION line it should be read anyway.

If there's someone who knows more about marker/favorite name, let me know.

I will have to exclude this specific case :0:0:0:0, hoping there are no other cases from other STB models.

    Very helpful, thank you.

  • Maybe I've fixed it. I looked at what happens on DreamboxEdit and Dreamset.

I will just use inline Name for markers and streams, as fallback with references without the #DESCRIPTION line. It should not cause problems with service references anymore.

Release of version 1.8 should be close this week, I have to do few tests
