I use OpenPli 8.3 on Vu+ Uno4K SE and in the list of channels, after update, one bouquet OpenPli don't "see" it it state in the list of bouquet as <n/a>. In Open Atv there is under the Setup - Reload Services but such command OpenPli don't have it so my question is : How to reload services under OpenPli 8.3 ?

That ha been added to the developer version. Why not restart receiver or reload using command line for now?
wget -qO - http://127.0.0.1/web/servicelistreload?mode=2
You may also want to disable the "show unlinked bouquets" option.
