* improve some screens

* fix message box screen dimentions

* add locals for aglare setup plugin "provided by members , thanks" (test)

* fix python identification in main menu screen for OBH .

thanks it's just for openpli image

hello odem2014 in the last skin you can not see the screens well you can not read everything as you see in the photo with my image cobraliberosat on a Vu + Zero4k up to V.5.3 they all could be seen well
