Which code is using your movie file ? Check with VLC these details,

The chipset only supports certain codecs. As per TS post, you need to find out what codec was use to encode the media file. As he said, VLC on your PC will show you the details.
There might be a software/media player solution that does not use the chipset to play back the file directly.

What do you mean by which code?
What do you use as the player ? GStreamer or Exteplayer3 ?

Tried every one but same result :(. If I play 2k content from my IPTV provider, it works fine, but when trying to view 2k in E2iplayer, there's no picture, just sound
