Time and timezone Issue Dreambox Two UHD

    Hello.

    I recently bought a dreambox 2 UHD. All si well except time settings. Time is offset by 5 hrs. I have set timezone to +5 however it does not reflect the right time. I tried manually but it says internet time off by 5 hrs. Tried network setup with manual time ntp mode. Set manually in AJP panel. However, on reboot (after power off) it comes back to wrong time. In manual mode, EGP is off by 5 hrs. Any help pl.

    Just try this method...


    Stop Enigma2:

    Code
    systemctl stop enigma2

    Then edit the following line into /etc/enigma2/settings file:

    Code
    config.misc.useTransponderTime=False

    (Now the Transponder time is ignored)


    Then add the timeserver manually in /var/lib/connman/ethernet_000934xxxxxx_cable/settings file:

    Code
    Timeservers=time1.google.com;

    Start Enigma2:

    Code
    systemctl start enigma2
