The channellists are just files in your /etc/enigma2 folder, so if you copy a link from your list to a specific bouquet, it will stay there... if you want it to change, then no.

I personally use the stream/iptv links only on the channellist and never in an app.

1 move to do enters the list and chooses the channel to move

2 move menu key and it opens the way to move the channel you choose

3 move and give the OK button and choose the bouquet you want

4 movement enter the chosen bouquet and go to the last item and you will find the moved channel which can then be moved up and down as desired
