LNB or Tuner

hi all

please could someone help me out, my problem is on my solo2 using openAtv 7.3 my Horizontal Channels sometimes work, if i go into the tuner setting and swich it off/on it comes back on. Also if im using my tablet and Vlc and i press BBC one on that it works. so is it LNB or Tuner .
