sort plugin and weather plugin

I need help, please. I could not find an option in Openpli 9.1 to reorder plugins like other images, and Foreca is not working, and I could not find a weather plugin in the feed.

I still have one issue with Openpli, while other images work fine. When I use Catch Up, I cannot move the video by seconds and minutes as I wish, like all the other images. Any help will be appreciated.
