OpenATV 7.5.1 – Discussion & New Features

There is a problem with displaying the weather on Skin Matrix in the latest update 7.5.1.

I have usb wireless remote keyboard with USB dongle,

Some keys working fine and the rest of keys not work, I have the key mapping of my keyboard but I don't know how to use it, can you please guide me...

I tried using the code in telnet with an Octagon SF8008 but the softcam feeds are not visible. I also tried to make them visible using the ipk helper, v4.6.2 and still not visible.

Can anyone please help me to get oscam-emu to be visible in the online feed?

Following on from my earlier post I subsequently came across this code to make the softcam packages visible in the online feed. I tried this code in telnet but still cannot see the softcams in the online feed for an Octagon SF8008 ! I used the telnet window in the DCC app.

Yes, rebooted the box, softcams still not visible, unless I am looking in the wrong place (plugins --> install plugins)?

Resolved:

I used the webit terminal, logged on to the box and copy/pasted the code, softcams now visible.

My two previous efforts were manually typing the code, obviously incorrectly.

After that telnet code and reboot you should see this page by pressing the blue button.
From there you should be able to download the cam.

I would like to install the xdreamy skin but it is not available from the online feed. Is xdreamy stable in OpenATV 7.5.1 or are there some issues with it which is why it is not liisted in the online feed skin downloads?

I am using xdreamy skin on OpenATV 7.5.1 and it works perfectly.

Use the telnet command to install it, it's in the xdreamy thread.

I use it like this:

Show Content 4:3 as ----------------------------------------Pillarbox

Show content greater than 16.9 as --------------------Latterbox

You will have to see which of these solutions best suits the TV you have.

I have settings like you write here and nothing changes..I try change settings also for other settings and is the same. This happened not for all IPTV channels so maybe it is problem provider ?

Is it normal that with openatv 7.5.1 a request is made every 10 seconds to google?

I'm really tired making edit all channel list with dremboxedit or e-channelizer.. I looking some solusion with possible find plugin or something like this to make all blind scan terrestial signal DVBT2. I have here three dvbt2 network with regional channel but searching just one. Signal is good available. This is some problem in enigma2 device. Other device not linux.. searching all.I hope they are understanding me.

When you have everything organized, save it as Enigma2 v.4.

Then send it to your box with the program dreambox EDIT
