DVB-S2 PLS: Root+8 , 16APSK Stream

Hi! I have on my vu+ ultimo 4k tuner: 45308X FBC. At position 9E I see that there are frequencies: PLS: Root+8 , 16APSK Stream, but those frequencies are not possible to find on my vu+ tuner.

Is there even a tuner that can scan PLS: Root+8 , 16APSK Stream 1,3,4...

Or maybe he can find it too 45308X FBC tuner?

These are mostly Italian free programs.
