Oscam sending Emm to Cccam server to update card

Tried several configuration in oscam.server file but with no result.

my F file looks like this:

F: user pass 0 0 1 { 0:0:1 }

Trying this config now, on cccam config i have no restrictions, the f-line have "this" to alow emms F: user pass 0 0 "1"

I guess i solved it. Like Ten below said "the cline in local cccam also needs to be unrestricted". I was receiving emms from receivers with cccam clients and have f-lines like this: F: user pass 0 0 1 { 0:0:1 }, to receive from oscam i changed thar user to F: user pass.
