MAG 250 blank screen? Help

    Hi guys...turned my box on this morning, it looks like it go's through the motion of booting up but after showing "loading portal" the screen just go's blank and that's where it stays...no response from the remote or nothing just back screen...any ideas?...thanks for any help with this.

    reboot your box then whenstart loading portal press menu go setting check your portal or is your

    Thanks for the reply rami...Im pretty new to this but I will try what you say...after I hit menu where do I go from there?...there are 3 options, thanks again.

    you have to go portal


    2 option portal 1 and 2

    when I open the box I am given the choice of, embedded portal, portal 1 and 2, go into embedded portal and there you can find all the settings.
