When I enter my Opensubtitles API key, username, and password, embedded and external subtitles disappear.

When I remove them, the subtitles work normally.

I am using the Turkish language.

I don't use developer version.

I am using stable version OpenATV 7.4. Also tested with OpenATV 7.5. Same problem.

I'll try to fix and I will try with different images.

I tried to explain the issue with a visual in my previous message. I am adding it again.

I cannot access the portal page.

I installed a new image, but the problem persists.

I added a working stalker portal and I generate bouquets form it.

But iptv channels not working with stalker portals.

You are probably using openATV 7.4 image. Creating stalker bouquets hangs.

With openATV 7.5 it works.

I am using OpenATV 7.4 with MetrixHD skin (1920x1080).

Subsupport was installed but, when I click the subtitle button on the remote control, nothing happens.

With other plugins Subsupport works fine (For example E2iplayer)

What I am doing wrong?
