Well with your research obviously not examination as you do not have one to examin because you should know that no recievers with FBC tuners can blind scan.

I know for sure that FBC tuners do not support blind search but I am speaking for myself I have a device from 2017 GIGA BLUE QWAD 4K I wish this version of it was the blind search model

The truth is, through my examination of the new Pro version, I did not find any difference from the previous model, and there are no new features. Even the device still suffers from blind searching. It does not work because the tuner does not support it. I see that the price is exaggerated, even though the processor is the same.

db around 13-15 is normal.

SNR = Signal to Noise Ratio - which means signal quality
AGC = Automatic Gain Control - which means signal strength

In the skin you can show these values as a percentage or as a decimal.

This skin is showing them as a percentage.

The higher the percentage the better

SNR needs to be over 60% to be stable
AGC the higher the better if a percentage

If your stream is solid and not breaking up, I wouldn't worry about it.

I have a big problem with the tuner. The device reads the signal with a very high db, reaching numbers above 60 and 70 db
