pls can you help me on my magicbox mg4. i lost the tsmedia through factory reset, i tried to install it back but the plugins extension not working. how can i do it to have the tsmedia back on my box. is it anything i can do to make the plugins extension work so that i can download the tsmedia from there. or is it possible to install the tsmedia directly without the plugins extension. the firmware on my box is openvix
