great plugin i also tried this on my old zgemma star2s
works well on it
does what i want it to do
if i want to change channel i just press exit and it takes me back to all channels entertainment etc etc

i used that plugin reflashed a image 137mb

also used online flash for openatv6.3 backup image on a couple of zgemma boxes

format usb send sh1 folder to the usb
insert it to back
and use the openatv to flash press blue button software manager
flash online local
reason i had to do the online flash was it would not flash the way as you said above with that image
it works well if not faster

zgemma should have 2 usb ports 1 at the back and 1 on the front
you can use the 1 at the front for net connection wifi
pull down the flap at front of box where it shows the name zgemma h2
not sure about need internet connection as that was the first time i had to use online flash local
however i have flashed without net connection straight from usb

sorry to jump in here
but i came across this backup image of h2 using openatv 6.2
i tried it but had to flash a h2 using this way
Flash online
choose,Local
insert usb into back of the box
Local (choose the correct location the USB stick ) yellow button devices
i used cursor blade usb so it shows as that
press ok
now this will show the folder zgemma press ok on it
until you see sh1 press ok again
until kernal and rootfs shows
now highlight kernal green to flash
ofgwrite flashing tool screen will show
and you will see it flashing the box
the box will flash new image openatv 6.2
when it has flashed and get a message onscreen box is going to restart
pull out usb
the box will bootup with the openatv 6.2 image
it has cams on it and also has cam 2.3.2
link is here 1 thing i did not like on the image was the bootlogo
but then that is quickly changed
as i said i tried it it worked for me but like any backup image you need to set for your area and your needs

but i like to start using latest firmware and from scratch
i do try other images but then have to sort out for my needs i do this as i have a spare h2
i mess around with it from time to time and
i find all the help i need about topics on this forum
it must be one of the best i have ever used for informtion etc
and i do get a lot of help and info by the members who use this site
a little reading sometimes a step back and 9 times out of 10
the answers and help here works 100%
reading above i think it is all covered and you have done something wrong something simple
do not give up
so again the link to a backup image is above if you do want to try it out

nothing to do with it
they are a iptv section here you could have a read at maybe something in that will catch your eye
i do not agree with giving someone money to receive a service that i have no control over
i do know lots of others use iptv from who and where is upto them at the end of the day it is there choice
good luck to them

this is what i did as autobouquetsmaker failed
using filezilla or d c c
here is how to update your autoboquetsmaker from verison 2.9 to new 3.0
once you have the box connected to filezilla or d c c
go to
usr double click it
then
lib double click
then
enigma 2 double click
then
pythons double click
then
extensions system plugins double click
now highlight autobouquetsmaker right click on it and delete it
once done exit out close filezilla or d c c
and restart your box hold in power button on remote for 3 secs ok on restart gui
box will boot up
unrar file below
and send to usb
now insert usb with the new autobouquetsmaker version 3.0
into front port on your zgemma
pop up will show install extensions ok
green to install the autobouquetsmaker file
once done press exit button remove usb
now restart box again by holding in power button on remote ok on restart
box boots up
menu service searching autobouquetsmaker
update config files
once done start scan
the box will find all cable chans and you will have all favs

i do not know if you are trying to flash the box with a backup from your working zgemma
if you are
try below
also if you are using the latest release for openatv again reflash using the bootloader first
then flash the image
if it does indeed bootup it will not take you long to set it up use the guide above by KiddaC
i agree with jenseneverest regarding the quality of usb flash sticks
as i said above i had the very same issue but i do have that box working now it has been updsated to openatv latest image
they are no harm in trying above you have nothing to loose
some things work for others some do not
but if we do get our issues fixed
then at the end of the day we have a working box again
the things above are what i tried
and it worked ,now maybe it was because i reflashed the bootloader
or maybe it was the way i set up the flash to usb
sorry but at the end of the day all i know is my box does work
step 1 format usb to fat 32
step 2 send the extracted zgemma folder to usb do not drag
step 3 make new folder on desktop then send it to usb
step 4 open zgemma folder and send sh1 to usb again do not drag
step 5 delete zgemma folder
step 6 send sh1 to new folder
step 7 rename new folder to zgemma
seems a lot to do but it only takes a few mins as i said no harm in trying

Deleted a few small things and still wont flash .had something the same as yourself
so what i did was
made a new folder
opened my backup and sent the sh1 folder to new folder renamed the new folder to zgemma
and flashed box that worked for me but the file was 115mb

if anyone has all music channels working on a zgemma uk cable
using latest openatv 6.1 audio fix
i have 7 with blank screen
no video format and no video size
do you think it is my setup

Set Up With Kiddacs Vskin HD 2.005
This is all set up for you now, so no need to do anything apart from add picons to media/hdd and menu/setup/service searching/TunerConfig and set ID to yours then autobouquets set area to yours and do a scan and add your cline press blue softcam / softcam panel go to cam 1 use right and left to choose you cam then green to start. Press down on remote for channel list press red for (All) then press blue for f(favourites) you will see all cable bouquets entertainments movies ect.

For Epg Importer
Green Button EPGImporter select Enable.. Blue Button [Sources] Rytec UK/Ireland xxxxxxx XMLTV' to open the options and then select each of the 6 options so each box is ticked.
Press the Green button to save. open again and yellow button Manual now will start importing epg data
Picons: In folder need to be ftp to media Hdd
on chanel list press menu setting scroll down to show picons in service list change to yes -
just fixed it i tried s sports main event
opened up e channelizer
edited audio pid to 32899
then played stream on pc sound came on tv as i played the stream
i then pressed audio button on the remote and opted for
1 mpeg English x
saved it and closed e channelizer
working a treat

yes i think they are a issue on firmware due to new audio pids
i have checked audio pid and noticed they are 5 digits long on those hd channels giving no sound
yes folk have said they are no issues when playing on pc
eg i see disney novie hd pid is showing as 241
and when i check sports main event is is showing as 32899
s news hd showing as 33099
on the zgemma audio pids show as n/a
so like you yes it has to be a issue how the audio is decoded via the boxes .

i think it is a software issue
without going into detail
i have a hd cable
again please dont ask what box it is
lets just say it gets a real bad name
i set it up as it was doing nothing and the box is working fine on hd
all channels
reading on a other form a member had reflashed the zgemma with latest firmware
he then used
E-Channelizer
to chenge audio pids
said he has it working now
also on twitter etc folk saying that the issue is with vm so maybe it is
most folk are waiting to see if it does correct itself
