    Hi,

I have Seca Cyfra plus card which I have working in CCcam 2.3.0 but I would like to know if Oscam can read this card?

I have tried to get this working but I am struggling. I have OSCAM r11650-798 running build by Audi 06_19 and this is working really well for Biss, Powervu etc but it doesn't read my card (I assume I have to add a reader or amend the configs somehow?)

I am in the web interface and I can see the following (this was from last week)

    • 2020/11/01 13:22:38 45D3F528 c (dvbapi) Demuxer 0 no suitable readers found that can be used for decoding!
    • 2020/11/01 13:22:42 45D3F528 c (dvbapi) Demuxer 0 no enabled matching ecmpids -> decoding is waiting for matching readers!

Does the makes sense to anyone?

I have attached a few screen shots that I hope will shed some light on it - There appears to be a number of readers (I have no idea what they mean to be honest but only one seems to be in use - Emulator)

Do I need to add a reader to read my card? or am I going about this the wrong way - I have tried to find a solution but there seems so many files Oscam.Version, Oscam.Conf. Oscam User, Oscam Server etc and I have no idea what to do next. I have a feeling I am going to mess up what is already working if I start editing stuff.

I started trying to resolve this a week ago (as per the dates above) and below is the latest log from oscam

    • 2020/11/08 09:31:28 45D3F528 c (-) -- Skipped 1 duplicated log lines --
    • 2020/11/08 09:37:22 45D3F528 c (-) -- Skipped 1 duplicated log lines --
    • 2020/11/08 09:45:46 45D3F528 c (-) -- Skipped 1 duplicated log lines --

I have checked this morning and Biss, Powervu and tandberg are all working fine but oscam is not reading my card.

I am sure its something fairly simple but I just cant figure it out

Ant help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I have finally decided to take the plunge and invest in a Linux box (I currently have a technomate 5402 and fancy upgrading)

I have one feed from a motorised dish and one feed from a fixed dish (28e)

At a pinch my budget can stretch to a Duo2 but was wondering if you guys think its worth it in comparison to say the solo2 , the xtrend 8000 / 10000 or the mutant HD 2400

I realise it will probably come down to personal preference but in your opinion what does the Duo2 offer for the extra £££'s in comparison to the others. (I only really need 2 tuners)

    Cheers
