  • Cccam2.3.8 all clients show offline,servers online

    I cannot get this version installed on my dm900. each attempt is met with error .

    I use this command "opkg install /tmp/enigma2-softcams-cccam-all-images_2.3.8_cccam_mips_arm_all.ipk"

    always got this error :

    Reading package lists...

    Building dependency tree...

    Reading state information...

    E: Unable to locate package /tmp

    </tmp/enigma2-softcams-cccam-all-images_2.3.8_cccam_mips_arm_all.ipk

    please can somebody help to resolve this issue.

  • DM 500 HD it´s dead?

    I hope it's not dead, remove it from power , power it off from the back switch. and leave it for 10 mins.

    download dreamelite image for DM 500 HD.

    connect your box with Ethernet cable and switch it on , it will start may be nothing will appear on tv screen but don't worry.

    as there is no present image on it.

    find out the ip address of your DM 500 hd

    open firefox browser and type your ip on it , on a laptop

    it will open your DM page and from the browser select the previous downloaded image of dreamelite 500 hd and click flash

    wait until its done. after that you will need to power it off from the rear switch and power it on again , you are done.

    In Regards to question on what image to use on your 4k box , I have tested many of the images available , my best choice was Dreamelite 6.0 official image. it suits me because its maturity . you can give a try to see what i mean.

    I believe your quest is important to many others, I hope in the Long run it will be possible. I have been able to have Insight Uhd cleared with cccam 2.3.2 in dm900 uhd not with all cline servers but with a specific server .

    polish canal do clears all in dm900uhd except canal 4k .

    jokosat , abu baniaz and the rest of the guys who have contributed their opinion here , to you guyz I said thank you. below is the attachment of the dish and LNB in question , it's not single LNB but quatro LNB in a single Form. indeed i do get many channels from these 4 orbital satellites . but my dish faced astra 19.2 and it's fixed according to mounting descriptions. I have all channels on astra 19.2 , many from from other 3 but some when tuned , i got the message tuning failed and the SNR will be null , meaning no signal or short signal. i don't know exactly whether it's from my configuration or the size of the dish. Thanks once again for the contribution.

  • DM 900 UHD Tuning Failed Issue

    Good day friends ,

    I'm using Dreambox DM900 UHD 4K 1xDVB-S2 Dual Tuner E2 Linux PVR Receiver, with dreamelite 6.0 Image. My tuner configuration is set for reception from 4 orbital sat. which are

    Hotbird 13, Astra 19.2, Astra 23 and astra 28 . with a single qautro LNB faced to astra 19 without motor.


    configuration on diseqc is as follows

    Tuner A

    Simple

    diseqc A/B/C/D


    tuner b inactive


    I could pick more than 3000 channels. but the issue is that some channels when tuned , i will received the message on my screen Tunning Failed with the SNR =0 and some with SNR ON 70%.


    Please if someone here has an idea on what is wrong with my STB configuration or could help on solving this issue .

    I ,ve got a physical card which I want to extend to my other Receiver through oscam.

    Bro if you have the will and time , you can write a tutorial for us. on how to write a line on Oscam emu. that will be a great help.
