could not determine ipv4/ipv6 protocol
if that means something to someone?

Bit lost on this one
Let me explain.
I have Nord VPN, and i have installed VPN manager on OpenATV. I have created a directory called /media/hdd/OpenVPN/London and inside i have placed 2 files
1. The conf file that i downloaded from Nord VPN, renamed it client.conf and added the line "auth-user-pass password.conf" to it.
2. Created a password.conf in which i have included, seperated by another line my email address and password i use to login to NordVPN
Still cant seem to connect to the VPN
Any feedback most welcome - thanks !
With vpn manager you don't need to edit files or create password.conf. So download Nord configs from here
Codehttps://downloads.nordcdn.com/configs/archives/servers/ovpn.zipTransfer all or select few files to HDD/OpenVPN folder no need for a sub directory.
In VPN manager press menu and make sure you set all configs in one location yes then add username and password via gui or editing plugin.py
You should then be able to choose a country.
Same method applies for surfsharkvpn
at this stage i am not sure is it the ISP router.
What should the Default DNS be?

Berlin and London2 are Surfshark Connections
also Openvpn doesnt seem to want to start but i hit the green button

This is the text version of one Server config details in the UK.
I am not bothered on which VPN i use as long as its solid and is easy to install on Enigma 2.
Surfshark works well,right?

Hi all
My tiviar alpha + was put in deep standby on Saturday night. On Sunday morning when I pressed the standby on the remote it says boot followed by Run Alpha +.it does not load up anymore.
So I decided to flash the box with openvix, openatv was on it.Works fine but then it won't reboot,same issue as above.
Really stuck on this.

Hi all.
I am a newbie so please be gentle with me!so here is my problem...
I recently purchased a Sab Unix triple tuner that has enigma2 preloaded.I get a lot of issues using the box primarily `` Your receiver has encountered a software problem and needs to be restarted ...``. I am running latest version of vix4e2project.It usually happens when I click the blue button when watching TV but has seen it when trying to change skins menu.
I have a 320gb hdd,epg stored in hdd,cacheflush setup etc so I don't know is it a setting issue or just the box is not powerful enough to handle the software.
From research there should be no issue with the box running enigma2 smoothly but I am losing faith at this stage.Please see log files for errors attached.
