why you need to find that operator and use same service ?? there are 100s of IPTV portals just switch to another one , let locked portal stay locked
it won't bother unless you want same specific portal / server ,
what is your language preferences ??

is it possible to copy linux supported youtube and Netflix installed folder/files to USB flshdrive , than plug to MAG ( 322/324/424 ) USB slot
and access and through home media tab , in short stand alone youtube/ Netflix ( for linux )installed apk copy to USB and run without install inside MAG box , is anyone tried ?

finally i reverse engineered firmware provided by chines manufacturer. there's only only one change only /dev/initctl file is deleted in rootfs.

1.yes, you should connect modem's LAN to Router's LAN.
2.for wifi SSID and pass for DIR have to be any for you choice. Also you can setup same wifi channel as ZTE or another one for best result.

although i will try again , after configure ip adress , etc. on router ,
what port i shoud i connection between ZTE modem <==> DIR 655 ?
i mean modem LAN to router's WAN OR modem's LAN to Router's LAN ?
because i have to use wifi on first floor from DIR-655 too , how to set up SSID and password on DIR-655
do i have to use same password as ZTE or i can change it ?

i am trying to setup extra access point to my first floor , here is picture/diagrame the way i have to set up
my ISP provided me
Modem ZTE268A - which has 4 port LAN and WiFI access i am using , LAN 1 and LAN 2 LAN connection to pc and media player , and 2 WIFI device on this (as per photo)
LAN #3 , hardwire (Ethernet cable) is connect to Router through WAN ( Z ) Dlink DIR-655 to first floor ,
my problem is how to configure router to use wireless wifi and LAN A / LAN B ,
once goes to PC and one goes to network printer ( Samsung CLP-310 ) has ethernet RJ 45 capibility
and rest device use WIFI on first floor ,
not sure what i am doing wrong , but problem i am facing
can some one help to give me correct parameter which i have to set DLINK DIR-655 ,
am i connecting correct , modem lan port #3 to WAN port of Dlink ??
or i have to connect modem LAN port to Dlink one of LAN port and disable dhcp etc./ change ip address of router to match with modem ? etc.

here in north america we have feed from all over the world , same channels comes from USA / Australia / UK /Europe etc.
as well provider often give just url to put in portal URL thats all , other end they use same M3u but they don't give source,
so its not possible to categorise directory as you mentiend , but its good to know your discriptive explanation clear many things for me.

i can guess i own a genuine 322 box (i sent the sn number to infomir for control) i made the first update by internet imageupdate-infomir220-07r2-324
then i make Nepose upgrade by usb transitional + realease and now all is going ok i can also have ssh access (not with origina infomir)
i can read in the software update http menu : http://vps.magboxes.xyz//Mag322/latest/imageupdate
i wait Nepose info before trying as the last firmware is not still there
but i confirm until now all is working well even programmed recording
waiting for the next step

i also update nepose 's custom image , it works well for me too, but few parameter i didn't check as well think on this because infomir doesn't have
you mentioned here "programmed recording" you mean PVR ? are you using stalker middlewere or M3U files with embaded portal ??
here in north america we use only stalker middleware , if you are also using stalker , how to set up this recording set up ? and is it accept local time ? as channels are all over the world from different time zone . thanks

good luck , if he is genuine he will exchange , becasuse i had seen chinese clone here in Flea market , most issue with that box is blown the video chip , but personally i don't deal with that so i never had issue ,
am I right if the chip was blown will even see logo when booting?
i have basic knowledge of electronics but not expert or high end circuit design , if i am correct infomir logo and bios data display are coming from 8bit Eprom , once all core hardware check it command to Display / graphic chip to change resolution according to setting , that seems not working , thats what i believe,

yes I went to update on the menu screen after boot and I choose url not usb and the box updated but after reboot only black screen since
It is original box but even if was a clone after reflashing it should work right?
are you selling Mag 256 w1 or w2?
you mentioned - AUTO UPDATE , which is different it never happend to me at all on any new box
if you go to software update than http is already there than you select URL bellow thats URL update ( thats what i do with brand new box)
if you plug USB and go to recovery menu and update thats USB update
clone box has its own url which doesn't support informir image , if they put genuine url and that image might crash your box
i mostly deal with MAG 322 W1 or 254W2 , (256w1 very limited)

It was automatic update from internet
i deal many mag 322 box everyday , all brand new in box i check each and every , with tv and internet , i never had single piece which did auto update by it self (unless you did activate your self ) right after boot , i always select either URL or use USB from recovery menu (in case of downgrade firmware)
my doubt is you might get clone box ...i hope i am wrong but here in north america i see chinese clone . here are many other experts than me may be they can firmly point out , all your syptoms i face many time , but i only deal with genuine mag 322 so never had any issue...

Like I said i try that many times and 4 different cables dont think it is the problem
I think when updating the firmware something went wrong
But what surprise me that reflashing will not fix this?
you did update with URL or USB ?

here in north america , our all TV is NTSC , many time this box switch to PAL and we face this issue, it just infomir logo for moment black screen

If I see booting screen and logo I dont think cable would be problem?
try another HDMI as well change HDMI port on TV , it seems video or display selection is not correct ,

ok if you using any random video cable plese connect video cable this way ,
Box -> TV
Yello => white OR RED (try one by one )
red => Yello
White => red
if you will see logo rolling with stripe , means your video setting is wrong selected ,

did you use same video cable came with BOX or rendom ? because mag box won't work with random video cable

I'm doing some stuff with enabling new things such as public ftp to download fw.
Honestly really strange, a few people with the same model tested firmware and is okay. Please check these things:
1. What shows when u change NAND to opposite?
2. Are you able to connect to stb by ssh on black screen? Check both on wi-fi and ethernet.
3. Which version is shown on system recovery -> device info? Send please photo.It seems that some problem happened when image was copied to stb memory. Let us know what are these points.

it worked excellent for me , on brand new 322 , i also reversed to informir image and worked great, i am waiting for nepose updated image to release. :):)

i am new androd learner , i want to modify stb emulator menu display location for easy and convience ,
is it possible to do that ? i am looking to have interface like this ( photo attached )
after installation , mac address right on front screen (if needed modify able )
top #1 to #5 are profile already preset and bleand URL inside emulator ,
so from android box remote contorl press # button it directly go to profile preset with emulator ,
when share with friends and family boxes , all URL / profile set up stay same except mac address changes.
whole purpose is without going in to settings ,everything access from front screen .
