Hi everybody,

I have subscribed to an IPTV service to view channels from my country (which do not come on astra 28).

I followed the instructions and managed to import the channel list into my zero and also the EPG.

Now I have a very large VOD favourite folder that contains a lot of vods (many of them are of no interest for me).

How do I move channels that are interesting for me to another favourite folder? So that I do not have to go and search each time I want to see something..

I recently got a zero and I am learning how to use it. I used enigma1 around 10 years ago and enigma2 does look fairly different (more user friendly).

How do I add plugins to my Wooshbuild OpenATV6.2 installation? Is there a plugin installer app in the "downloadable" plugins?

I could not find many of the plugins discussed here in the downloadable ones, so I was wonder if you could recommend an "installer" plugin or there is another way...

Hi all,

I managed to get my zero to work properly now and connect to the wifi. I have a two dish system switched by diseqc, how do I import the correct settings (28 and 13) and where to tell the system we are running a diseqc switched dual dish?

I managed to make it work, I had to set WPA+WPA2 on my router and set the same on the zero. Then it connected and worked.

the decoder is new but it looks it was a demo decoder, not big deal for me since it in as new condition..

yes I have changed it. I had special characters and I went for a simpler one..

still no luck in both WPA and WPA2 (I also changed the settings but didn't manage to connect).

Tried with DHCP and not, still no joy..

Hi everybody

I received today my vu zero full HD decoder built with whooshbuild and OpenATV.

Everything worked out of the box (however I could not update plugins or EPG as I cannot get it to connect).

It also had a little usb pendrive style wifi adapter, it is recognised by the box and it scans correctly my wifi but I can't manage to get it to connect.

I run a WPA2 connection in my home, even if I fill up the correct password, it still says it cannot connect...

Could someone please suggest some way I could troubleshoot the issue? its a nice box but without possibility of updating EPG and plugins is not very useful :(

I am going to buy a decoder today, deciding between the zero and the F4.

Zero I am getting at 50£ and the F4 a bit more expensive at 74£.

Which one should i get? :) I am undecided :)

I am also looking at both the formuler F4 and S..

I plan to use mainly with FTA channels on both astra 28 and HB13 with two dishes (diseqc switched).

I would like to have a good EPG (self updating) and maybe the possibility to do CS once it gets available again..

I am leaning heavily toward the F4 but I was wondering why the S couldn't do stuff as well (I do not use IPTV yet might use in the future, and have a firestick as well)..

I have decided to return it

I don't want the additional complications of dealing with unofficial images..

I am now looking for a good cheap (around 100£) decoder to buy, could you please suggest something?

recently my openbox died so I got an used Vu+ solo and I am starting to look to learn it.

Could someone recommend me a nice simple image that I could use? I was thinking openpli but I do not have experience what is the best.

I would like to use the decoder mainly for FTA channels on Astra 28 and HB 13 (I have a diseqc switch and two dishes) and would really like to be able to upgrade it to CS once is implemented...One important thing for me is having a nice channel list, maybe that auto upgrades and sorts, and a good auto upgrading EPG.

I am not interested in advanced features like recording or PIP.

Could someone please suggest an image? BTW I do not have the wifi dongle yet, I ordered and I am awaiting for delivery..
