    An update, I gave my Zgemma to a friend for testing. He just plugged it in and all was working! So the problem looks like out of the oscam or box.


    Can this mean that my ISP is blocking and I should get a vpn on the box?

    Or I should do something with my tuner/antenna?

    I have few c lines and with help received in the other forum thread new Oscam setup with c lines I managed to set up the oscam, but it turned out that my Zgemma H11S and Oscam are not connecting. Whenever I change channels, no information is shared with oscam.

    Has anyone an idea what I can do to fix that?

    Comparing the first line given by Panda555 I see a difference, and nothing beyond that. I don't see any channels at all.

    But my previous post with log snapshot was taken while i was switching channels on my box. To clarify, I have copied it from Live Log tab while having show All set in settings.

    Or is there any other log or setting I should use?

    Still it doesn't work with your files but I have noticed the status page changed. Where on top 2 servers appeared and client on the bottom.

    In the meantime I have asked a colleague to check my c lines on his setup, he uses a bit older Zgemma box H9S SE but has working tv. I will let you know.


    Theoretically, in the webif if all is connected and working, is there any additional information visible? Last Channel / LB Value Reader / ECMs are updating?

    I did as you wrote, removed all previous oscam-emu settings. Downloaded and installed MOHAMED_OS 2.24.06-11791-801 and adjusted pasted conf files to the conf folder [i didn't create those from scratch but copied as per our previous conversation] and now it is etc/tuxbox/conf/ but nothing changes.

    So the oscam_cycec is not listed in any plugins list, I have verified all categories including system hidden ones.

    But then I was checking all other installed plugins, and this cycec one goes from S4A Updater plugin where I have found an option to quickly change Oscam versions from Mohamed_Os/Kitte888/Levi45/CyCeC/Samur and this actually changes the description while checking the oscam status on webif. However the config path used for all files used by oscam-cycec goes to etc/tuxbox/config/oscam-emu/

    Also I have just thought that my c lines are not working, but tried with some free 24h trial I found on web and also no channels visible.

    The new oscam-emu path that is used by Webif directs to etc /tuxbox/config/oscam-emu where all edited files are saved, edited the user but nothing changed.

    Not being able to remove the oscam_cycec I think it will always create sub folder.

    My bad, failed so much before reaching out to you.


    The oscam CyCecplus was installed by the box vendor. Now I have removed all other cccam/oscam plugins, however I cannot remove this CyCecplus as it is not visible on any list. With this one remaining I have re-installed oscam-emu 11790 which is available in my plugin repository applied previously shared files and yours emulator details.

    Starting almost from the scratch, the case at least moved a bit as Keys are loaded.

    Now, after removing the emu reader. The file and log after switching channels goes like below, without any improvements. Even after switching lots of channels, no live log entries appear.


    Silly questions, but does the tuner box automatically gets to know that should treat Oscam as a tv provider? Also, shouldn't channels be searched over the oscam servers also to verify if these are valid?

    After launching the box the last one goes for:

    All config files are copied from master G's configs without any edits, I have just changed in oscam.conf webif an ip address to access from my pc.


    All readers are set as group = 1.


    While converting c lines, I missed the Emulator in oscam.server, I have just copied it from the above shared pack, but the device address is not working:

    " (reader) emulator [unknown] Cannot open device: https://raw.githubusercontent.…/main/Enigma2/SoftCam.Key "

    so I changed it to local SoftCam.key from the above files, but still it goes like:

    "(reader) emulator [unknown] Cannot open device: /etc/tuxbox/config/oscam_emu/SoftCam.Key"

    Thank you both I did as you wrote. With WinSCP I used and changed previous files with attached configs, converted c lines with the tool and copied the new oscam.server to directory, but all looks the same.


    It connects to servers, so my assumption is those are valid and should be working, right?

    Hey! I am totally new user of Zgemma H11S and received few cccam server details to connect. Searching forums and youtube I have manged myself to add them into the Oscam (transformin C lines to Readers), servers looks connected however I don't see any tv / channels. I have also added an user with the same id/pass like servers but it is not connecting and always offline.
