I have had this issue myself, but never looked into why exactly..... It is only related to the Emulator.
As a work around TRY setup a reshare from your server (VU STB) to the client's.
I don't know if it will be useful to anyone, but I'm posting photos from the inside.

This github source has been going a long long time and has been go to for my picons for years.
It takes a lot of time and patience to actually produce new logo's when they change or new stations come along.
oktus has a thread HERE where various peeps contribute, KiddaC has a plugin to produce some as well.
I agree with s3n0 there should be a basic size and format, if you look at the readme HERE there is a pretty comprehensive guide on how things should be done.
A central repo with everyone contributing to it is beneficial to everyone, as then not just the enigma2 world will be contributing but also the kodi, TVheadend, iptv guys will be as well.
Go back to an older version of oscam and see if you still have it.
Otherwise you will need a full log of when the issue occurs. I have never seen this issue.
If you have hundreds of clients..... then, thats a whole different story.

What you need is an enigma2 STB with a CI module and 2 smart card readers.
Or and enigma2 STB and 2 usb smart card readers.
For UK aerial channels you need a DVB/T2 tuner and/or a usb DVB/T2 usb tuner (i have used the xbox 360 dvb/t2 tuner about 5 pounds used)
you will also need to confirm exactly what viewing cards you have, some work - some do not.

I see 2 different power supplies, one is 12v 2amp the other is 12v 3amp. Which have you got ? It may be worth trying even a 4amp supply.

Try low level formatting your USB, this is a free tool i use to do so

How exactly ?
You should format a good name branded usb stick less than 8gb in size to fat32
Extract the downloaded image to the root of your USB stick, so you have the extracted "vuplus" folder on the root of your USB stick.
Power off your STB
Everything else should be disconnected, all external hard drives ETC ETC
Use the rear usb port on your STB to flash
power the STB back on and press the power button on the front panel when requested to do so.
Wait for the stb to finish flashing, it will then reboot by itself.......before powering off.

Yes it is closed to prevent unwanted discussion in the download only thread, Samur only updates when he feels there is a benefit to be gained, IE something new to add his version. , unlike the public oscam that has a new version with very little changes at all. Im still using a version from 2 years ago as there has been very little change to anything of any use to me.
A clean usb flash should fully erase and replace the files on the STB chipset.
Your STB has a very small flash, some images are smaller than others.... typically openpli is the smallest image.
You could save a little space by removing plugins you dont use, or languages you dont use. Dont go deleting folders as in your screenshot, that will crash the image
As you say it is probably best to use flash expander and make you flash much larger. There is a section on the forum where this has been fully explained.
I have not seen the pluggable DVB/S2 tuner for sale anywhere anymore, has that been dropped ? Or is it still not ready ??
