Use oscam-svn11398_r766-mipsoe20-webif-emu.zip version.

Its not an ipk so you will need to manually add it to /usr/bin and give schmod 755 permissions.

i downloaded from feed for openpli 4.0. after installing the oscam-emu file is 1.76MB. but the files available here are around 800KB.

why the discrepancy in size?

Files from the first post are only oscam emu binary files. What you downloaded from the feed will also include start script and configs.

i show you screen capture from ftp. the running file is 1.76MB. does not include start script and configs.
