I don't use windows 10 or your type of reader I'm afraid but the driver installation may be similar to windows 7.

First, extract the downloaded file using winrar / winzip or 7 zip.

Plug in your reader and if/when windows asks for an installation disk, hit the browse button and point to the extracted driver folder location (i386 for 32 bit windows version and 64amd for 64 bit windows version I presume)

That should be it.

If windows doesn't ask for a driver disk, go into device manager (right click on start menu on windows 10 I think, go to control panel, system and security and it may be located there.

Open it and right click to scan for hardware changes.

If you can see your reader here and has a triangle warning, click on it and add the driver from there using the "have disk / browse" button and point it to the relevant folder.

I'm only guessing though with the above as I don't run windows 10 or your reader.
