VU+ Zero no image, USB isn't recognized

Hi there!

I recently bought A VU+ Zero model. It turns on, but no image is present on the TV. However, the LED is white and the receiver responds to the remote control. I've tried flashing the receiver with a USB, but the USB just isn't being recognized. I'd greatly appreciate any help I could get with this!
