Oscam server ,cccam client :cannot receive a certain card but with cccam is ok

i try to exchange newcamd server and mgcamd server from multics to oscam. done all config i only like to share 0b00 caid from multics to oscam but fails. nothing go out nothing go in. 0% ecm emm brom both sides.
