I have to ask why you need this ? for me stability is far more important, my server up time is 49 days.

This is a awfull idea i have to say, there is absolutly NO need to restart oscam with this frequency it will hurt your servers performance big time.
How you restart OScam depends on how you started it in first place, did you start it with a command in terminal? are you using SysV, Upstart or systemd scripts to start it? or are you perhapes starting it from a CRON?
You should use systemd to handle start/Stop/ and monitoring of the OScam process.
Have a look here: http://svn.speedbox.me/svn/osc…all/trunk/script/systemd/ this are systemd scripts for OScam, this scripts also does monitoring of the OScam process the CORRECT way in linux, If the process fails it will be restarted.
The problem with starting oscam in a script, command line is that the OS itself is NOT aware of the running process, to make the OS aware of the running OScam process you need to use the systems process handler, that is what this systemd scripts does.
If you need any help with implementing SystemD scripts let me know.
